Total Body Workout
An energizing workout using light resistance equipment to target the whole body, keeping
you fit & toned and in the best possible shape.
Hi-Lo Workout
A fun class with easy to follow choreography. Jump hi or keep lo - either way you will reap
the benefits of this aerobic workout. Finishes with toning exercises and a gentle stretch.
Pilates
Come and experience this wonderful exercise technique. The pace is slow and the movements
will strengthen & stretch the whole body. Perfect for getting you back in shape following
pregnancy or injury (please speak to us first if you will be attending classes for
these reasons)
Legs Bums & Tums
Tone and strengthen those "problem areas". Easy to follow exercises to keep you in the
best possible shape.
Stretch & Tone
Flexibility is often overlooked but is vital for
maintaining good movement and preventing injuries. This class will keep
you supple and will gently tone your muscles.
